Retuning Goods / Return Policy

If you have received Goods in connection with the Contract which you have cancelled , you must send back the Goods or hand them over to us without delay and in any event not later than 2 days from the day on which you communicate to us you cancelation of the Contract . The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of 2 days has expired. You agree that you will have to bear the costs of returning the Goods.

Returns ('Dry' Non-Perishable Goods only)

If you wish to return any 'Dry' non-perishable products, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery. Returns must be made at your own cost within 2 days of receiving your delivery. Please note that we can only accept the return of 'Dry' non-perishable products - we cannot accept returns of any fresh or frozen products. Returns must be received in their original condition.

We may refuse to make the refund until we have received back the Goods or until you have provided evidence that you have sent back the goods.

You are obliged to return the goods without any due delay and in any event within no more than 2 days after the day.

We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for the loss in value of any Good supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.

For all fresh product, it is recommended to check the product status immediately after receiving the package and refrigerated as needed. Any complain related to perishable won’t be accepted after 24 hours.

If the product/s are faulty through no fault of your own, we will replace or refund the affected item/s.

Unless for quality issues, perishable items are not accepted for return. Please send an image of the damaged product along with your Order Number and an explanation of the problem. Dry goods will recover by 2 days return policy start from your receive day.

The pictures on the website are for reference only. Any description is for illustrative purposes only and there may be small discrepancies in the size and colour of the Goods supplied.

We do not offer returns on meat for Standard Delivery once the order has been placed. However in the exceptional unfortunate event of you receiving a perished product, we will compensate or re-deliver the product to you.


In any such event please contact us at along with your order number and image of the damaged product, and our team will guide you.

Refund will be returned to the original payment method within 7-10 working days, you can also choose EATOO Calories which will be back into your account on the same day.

The products purchased by points can only refunded in original payment method.

For any missing items will only be issued if customer submitted the Contact Us Form within 24 hours of receipt.


From the time your package leaves EATOO until it is delivered to your doorstep, all shipping liability lies with DPD group.

After the package is marked as delivered by the courier, packages become the customer's responsibility.

EATOO cannot provide refunds for lost or stolen packages post-delivery. Missing packages claims must be filed by the customer.
