We only deliver to a certain postcodes within London from Monday to Saturday for order that would like to have a nominated selected delivery date and time. Premier delivery times slot will incur with an higher delivery fee than DPD deliveries. Our nominated delivery service, run by our third-party logistic, will be delivered between 11am and 9pm.

All the chilled order will be packed by using puffing package that is using wool as insulator. Wool can minimise humidity and condensation in transit and then remain at a stable temperature to ensure outstanding insulation of your goods for at least 24 hours.

Our Self-Pickup service is a convenient way for you to pick up the order you've ordered online from our website. There’s also no minimum spend required.
You will receive a confirmation email before you can pick up your order, all orders must be collected before 5:00pm on the collecting day.

All of our packaging is recyclable.
We chose "puffin packaging" as our package provider. The pouches and liners are made from all natural, 100% sheep's wool, housed inside a recyclable, food grade polyethylene.
