Black fungus, cloud ear fungus or tree ear fungus is an edible mushroom used in Malaysian, Chinese, and Maori cuisine very frequently. It is often dark brown or black in colour. It have also been used in traditional Chinese medicine for centuries. It is suitable for HOT POT, SUKIYAKI and BUDAE JJIGAE.
