Raised in Yorkshire, animals are fed for 14 months on grass, then moved to a feedlot to be fed on grain for 7 months. They are then finished on a mix of olive and grain for 4 months. An exceptional English farmed product.
The olive feed creates an umami taste to the beef, a sumptuous savoury flavour adding depth and richness.
