2 tbsp of Peanut Rãyu
Two simple ingredients, which when mixed together make an incredible spiced peanut butter that can bedrizzled, spooned and dolloped 'til the cows come home. Instant satay. You're very welcome.

It reminds us a little of gochujang, an amazing Korean fermented soybean paste you should most definitely add to your arsenal if you come across it.
