A classic Japanese dish, Black Cod with Miso (or simply Miso Cod 銀だらの西京焼き), is served at many fine dining Japanese restaurants. It is also the signature dish of Japanese restaurant chain Nobu.
Luckily, EATOO has now brought you the miso-glazed black cod, so you and your beloved one can enjoy this wonderfully seasoned fish at home.

1. Prepare the miso-glazed black cod fish from EATOO and unfreeze it.
2. Lighctly wipe off any excess miso clinging to the fillets, but don't rinse it off. Heat an oven-proof skillet over high heat on the stovetop. Film the pan with a little oil, then place the fish skin-side-up on the pan and cook until the bottom of the fish browns and blackens in spots, about 3 minutes. Flip and continue cooking until the other side is browned, 2 to 3 minutes.
3. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Transfer to the oven and bake for 5 to 10 minutes, until fish is opaque and flakes easily.
