Our seafood paella is a tasty combination of rice, shrimps and clams. Why not try adding fresh mussels and squid for an extra special touch to impress dinner guests.
Items to Add:
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, 1/2 tsp salt, 100ml white wine, 1 tbsp lemon juice, fresh parsley (for garnish).
Serves 2. Empty contents into a pan along with the olive oil, salt and wine. Add 500ml boiling water and bring to the boil. Simmer for approximately 18-20 minutes until the rice is cooked, stirring occasionally. Finally stir in the lemon juice and serve with freshly chopped parsley.
