Use Brindisa Arbequina extra virgin olive oil to finish salads or simple vegetable dishes to enjoy its fresh grassy flavour.
The oil is made from 100% cold pressed Arbequina olives, a variety that is most popular in the regions of Navarra and Catalonia. It is obtained directly from olives and solely by mechanical means.
Arbequina olive oil pairs particularly well with vegetables such as artichoke and asparagus, or mix with a little lemon juice to make a dressing for avocado. Also drizzle the extra virgin olive oil over white fish or chicken dishes just before serving. Or enjoy very simply poured over fresh rustic bread, toasted, rubbed with garlic and a ripe tomato for a classic Catalan snack called 'pan con tomat' (bread with tomato)
