From the vineyards of this still run family Champagne house of Bollinger at Aij and vineyards at Cuis, this full-bodied NV Champagne unleashes a broad range of nuanced flavours on the palate.The richness and complexity which characterize this mellow, fine Champagne are due to the methods employed by Bollinger; for the particular component blend of vintages, only the juice of first pressings is used. The grape is predominantly Pinot Noir (60%), which together with the fermentation in oak and stainless steel results in the depth and extent of this Bollinger Champagne, while the relatively low sugar content (8-9 g/l or grammes per litre) guarantees it freshness.
